Regenerative Urbanism and Quality of Life

Following the guidance of Sustainable Development Goals, I see the fundamental pursuits for cities to be resource-conscious, equity-prioritized, and quality-driven. However, the policies at scales can be opaque, with varied institutional commitments, all leading to unclarity in urban planning, design, and governance practices. My interest in this field tends to be timely, considering the emerging ideas that hinder or facilitate urbanism. The core is identifying the root cause of urban issues while understanding the solutions that make sense to planners and designers.
