Aging, Memory, and Urban Future in Asia
The challenges of aging are evolving and changing among different Asia regions, with many countries, like Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea, having similar cultural backgrounds for policy learning. I explore this field in two ways:
(1) Employing econometric models for understanding aging-related topics for policy and plan making.
(2) Historical evaluation of urbanization to illustrate the lessons learned considering their transitions from developing countries to developed ones.
